Registered Nurse (RN)
Registered Nurse (RN) – Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Valid and active California RN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute care setting (new grads may be considered)
- Knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and procedures in long-term care
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and manage individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
- Monitor and document changes in resident conditions
- Communicate effectively with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Supervise CNAs and LVNs as needed
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state/federal regulations
- Promote a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents
- Preferred Qualities:
- Compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented

Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Active California LVN license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation preferred
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and assist with treatments
- Monitor resident health and document changes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Support residents’ comfort, dignity, and safety
Therapists – PT / OT / ST
Therapists – PT / OT / ST – Job Requirements
- Qualifications:
- Valid California license for Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred
- Strong interpersonal, documentation, and clinical skills
- Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, function, or communication
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with nursing staff and care teams
- Educate patients and families to support ongoing recovery
